How
to Order
1/ Once
you have decided on the style required and
chosen an appropriate diamond(s) for it according
to your budget let us know your preferred
method of payment and we will send you details.
2/ We
will require at least a 30% deposit.
3/ Once
your deposit received your order will be
confirmed your diamond(s) selected and manufacture
of your item of jewellery will begin.
4/ You
will be advised near completion and invited
to settle the balance before dispatch.
5/ Your
item of jewellery will then be dispatched
to you by Royal Mail, special delivery guaranteed
to arrive the day following dispatch before
noon.
6/ Your
item of jewellery will arrive accompanied
by its certificate, insurance valuation document
and displayed in its luxury presentation
casket.
7/ All
correspondence by e-mail only.

Terms & Condition
As
we only sell quality items of jewellery, specially
manufactured to a high standard and NOT sold as 'off
the shelf ' items, we prefer direct contact with
our clients to be able to give an optimal level of
service. In our business philosophy quality jewellery
cannot be sold in the same way as one would do online
with books, clothing or CD's. Speed of payment, therefore,
is not of essence and credit cards no longer an indispensable
means of settlement. Bearing in mind that card companies
in Europe now require 4 to 5% commission fees on
internet transactions and that, as a safe method
of payment it still remains to be proven, we have
decided not to use credit card payment as yet.
Unlike
in the USA the law, as it stands at the moment in
Europe, holds the dealer responsible for the consequences
of accepting payment with a fraudulently obtained
credit card. As our line of business is highly targeted
by unscrupulous individuals, acceptance of payment
by credit card has been deterred until card payment
over the internet has been sorted out. |

Payment
can be made by:
*Personal cheque ( 6 days to clear).
Up to £1200 only.
*Bank draft
*Bank transfer (wire)
Details will be supplied personally.
We
will only accept orders to which we will
have received a 30% deposit.
Goods will be dispatched after the balance
of the order has been received. All orders
will be confirmed by e-mail.
The legal requirement in the Distance Selling
Regulations is for a seven-day ‘cooling off’ period
on an order this we have extended to fourteen days.

Guarantees Refunds & Returns
We
give a full 7 day money back guarantee* or
we will re-craft your item of jewellery, free
of charge, until full satisfaction is achieved. We
will not refund any returned item past this delay. *only if the item has not been
worn and is returned in it's original packaging,
in perfect condition. Carriage and insurance
to be paid by client.

Solving Disputes
We
will always do our very best to resolve
any dispute which may occur, however, should
a difficult case arise, an ombudsman may
be nominated by either party and accepted
by both, in these conditions we will accept
whatever solution may be suggested to settle
the matter.

Privacy
It
is understood that in no way will we divulge
any information given to us in the course
of the ordering process, in particular any
financial information. All information will
be treated in a confidential manner.
